The short version: this product gives you the infrastructure to run Claude Code from your phone. What you do with it, and any third-party services (Apple, Anthropic, your ISP) you depend on, are your responsibility.

The core deliverable is the PDF setup guide. It includes full manual instructions for every step — what to change on your Mac, what to configure on your iPhone, how to build the iOS Shortcuts yourself if you prefer. The PDF is what your purchase price covers.

If the pre-built Shortcuts don't import on your specific iOS version (some iOS updates disable third-party shortcuts), follow the manual build instructions in the PDF. That manual path is the authoritative part of your purchase — you are not entitled to a refund because a free bonus didn't auto-import.
Delivered by email after checkout confirms payment. Digital product — no physical shipping, no refund for "it arrived slowly."
The bridge shipped in this product forwards plain text iMessages to Claude Code. That's the core, tested path.
Not supported in v1:
Extending the bridge to handle more content types (images, PDFs, voice transcription) is technically possible and may be released as a future v2 upgrade — but that upgrade is not included in this purchase. The scope here is text in → Claude working → text out.

Your Anthropic / Claude API account. Rate limits, token quotas, plan upgrades, API outages, session token expirations, and any billing with Anthropic are between you and Anthropic. If Claude stops responding because you hit your quota, that's not a bug in our product.
Your token usage and costs. Running Claude remotely means you might burn tokens faster than you realized. Sending a message that triggers a long chain of work, leaving Claude running overnight on a task, or asking for something Claude can't handle efficiently — all of that consumes your Anthropic tokens at your Anthropic plan's rate. You are 100% responsible for your own token usage and any resulting Anthropic charges. If you accidentally blow through a month's worth of quota in an afternoon because you texted Claude 'do the whole project by tonight,' that's not our product's fault — that's a decision you made.
Your internet connection. If your home Wi-Fi or ISP goes down while you're away, your Mac can't reach Anthropic's servers. That's outside our product's scope.
Apple / iCloud account issues. iMessage delivery, Apple ID account problems, Family Sharing quirks, or changes to Apple's iMessage protocol are Apple's domain. We can't fix them.
iOS or macOS updates breaking things. Apple occasionally ships updates that disable Shortcuts, revoke Automation permissions, or change Messages.app behavior. We document current-version instructions; when Apple ships breaking changes, we update the guide, but we don't guarantee same-day compatibility with brand-new OS releases.
Your Mac's hardware or configuration. Performance problems, sleep issues beyond what we document, disk-full errors, or firewall/VPN software blocking Anthropic's API endpoints are your environment, not our product.
Your use of the setup. You are responsible for what you tell Claude to do and for reviewing changes before deploying them. This product enables remote control — it does not supervise Claude's outputs. If Claude writes bad code or pushes something you didn't intend, that's on you.

14-day satisfaction guarantee. If after reasonable back-and-forth we can't get your setup working — and the failure is in our product (scripts, shortcuts, guide) — full refund.

You get a personal-use license to the PDF, scripts, and shortcut templates. Don't redistribute, resell, or publish the materials. Internal team use is fine — up to 5 devices per purchase.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price. This product is provided as-is, without warranties express or implied beyond what's stated in this Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the seller (Eric Ortiz, operating as LinkPayHub) is resident. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
